At Vibegadget, we prioritize your security. When you make a purchase, your payment is initially authorized but not immediately taken. We perform security checks to ensure everything is in order with your personal information. Payment is only captured once your entire order is fulfilled, meaning you won't incur any credit card fees until your order is complete. If we detect any suspicious activity, we reserve the right to cancel the payment.
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted, so please make sure to reach out to us first.

Damages and Issues

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
